INC broadband service utilizes either the cable INC installs or transforms the existing cable lines used for video transmission into powerful carriers of digital data. INC's High Speed Internet service uses the same coaxial wires that carry the Video Programming to a resident’s television to carry high-speed data. The resident’s PC connection to the Internet is handled through a Cable modem, which is a separate device placed next to the resident’s computer.

HOW FAST IS YOUR HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE?

INC provides either a basic or a high speed premium package. The premium package allows download speeds up to 3.0Mbps! For those who want only a DSL-type product, the Basic Package allows download speeds up to 1.5Mbps. Included in each package are five email accounts. Residents receive a service request form or they can call the INC offices toll free or visit the company website at www.incgroup.net.

IF I ORDER SERVICE TODAY, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE CONNECTED?

Once a customer signs up for INC service (either via fax, online, or telephone), the order will be fulfilled within 24 hours, or a callback to schedule a professional installation will be issued. The INC self-install kits are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days after order fulfillment. A self-install or professional install is usually complete in less than an hour.
